The Jim Howard Collection of Small Rhododendron Species and Hybrids

Behind the camellia hedge adjacent to the Chalet is an area devoted to small species and hybrid rhododendrons suitable for small gardens and rockeries. Plantsman Jim Howard (formerly Westhoe Gardens) built up the collection in this area that provides a cool and shaded environment.
